Cash Donations
Cash donations are the simplest and easiest gifts you can make. Cash gifts can be made by credit/debit card online, or you can mail a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order made payable to:

Donating Appreciated Securities, Stocks, and Bonds
Donating appreciated securities, stocks, and bonds have considerable tax advantages when transferred to Colorado “I Have A Dream” Foundation before they are sold. If you have appreciated securities, you may find that your gift will provide a two-fold tax benefit, creating an income-tax deduction, as well as helping avoid the capital-gains tax that would have been due on their sale. If you wish to transfer stocks from a broker’s account, contact Stephanie Dreiling, VP of Finance & Operations, by email or call 303-861-5005 x104.
